Sublimation sounds scientific, and it is. The technique has been around for years, but was used mainly on solid objects like coffee mugs and water bottles. However, with the advances in printing technology, it is quickly becoming the preferred method of tee shirt printing.

Our clients love the soft feel of a sublimated tee, and our retail clients know their customers demand high quality. Sublimation offers both: a soft, almost vintage feel that will not crack or fade. They also love the ability to print unlimited colours without any set up fees.

On white shirts, the colours of a sublimated tee shirt are vibrant. On light coloured shirts, the print takes on a little of the background colour and has a vintage, or washed look – which is in fashion right now. Sublimation is not the best method of printing on dark shirts unless you are printing a darker colour than the tee shirt.
